Step into an evening of connection, nourishment, and magic as we gather at the beautiful setting of TCR Hub in Barnard Castle.
Together, we will share food, stories, healing, and laughter, with the night sky above us – the stars beginning to twinkle, and perhaps, if we are fortunate, a glimpse of a shooting star or even the northern lights dancing across the darkness.
This retreat is a chance to pause, to thank yourself for carving out time just for you. It is a space to rest, restore, and grow – to leave behind the demands of everyday life and come back to the heart of who you are.
What’s Included – Create your own wood-fired pizza (all bases and toppings supplied)
Fire pit gathering beneath the stars
Optional overnight stay at the Hub
All the magical touches that make our retreats so special – Activities and Therapies – Poetry and creative sharing – Gentle games and connection activities – Angel cards – Guided meditation – Gong therapy with full soundbath journey – Sharing circle – Words of wisdom and stories of magic. A short Swedish massage or Reiki session (included)
Arrival from 5pm | Event starts 6pm runs until bedtime Shared accommodation (5 rooms available) – overnight stay optional – Full use of the grounds and facilities. This will be a weekend gathering to remember – an evening to connect with others, rest deeply, and leave feeling lighter, brighter, and more grounded.
Accommodation Information Please note that accommodation is shared and provided in dormitory-style rooms containing several bunk beds, creating a relaxed and sociable group setting.
Important Health Notice
While sound healing is a gentle yet powerful modality, it is not recommended for:
Those in their first trimester of pregnancy
Individuals with unmanaged severe mental health conditions
Those who have experienced a seizure in the past 3 months Anyone with a pacemaker, has epilepsy or suffer from tinnitus
Please seek guidance and advice from your health care provider.
Massage Contraindications
Massage may not be suitable if you have:
Fever
Infectious skin conditions
Contagious illness (cold, flu, COVID-19)
Severe cardiovascular conditions
DVT (deep vein thrombosis)
Recent surgery or fractures
Cancer (unless with medical clearance)
Acute inflammation or infection
Open wounds or sores
Medical permission required for: pregnancy, diabetes, epilepsy, osteoporosis, cardiovascular disease, autoimmune disorders.
